We thought so too until we found the perfect audiovisual partner with Total Show Technology in Las Vegas – an audiovisual production company who has a reputation for service excellence and fair pricing. Together we’ve priced the starting Gallery Boxx WOW package to be just above what you’d pay for a high end photo booth or renting three 4K or high lumens projectors.

And because this is LED, the Gallery Boxx delivers eye-popping experiences as it’s superior to projection. There’s no need to worry about lighting – it works even in bright spaces – and there are no shadows cast from projection on the panels.

If you supply access to the Internet and electric power, we handle the rest. Our Gallery Boxx is a mobile, self-contained unit that only needs to be “plugged in.”

eOBJX is a web application so having adequate Internet speed is a must.

The minimum Internet speed we suggest is 20Mbps for both upload and download speeds. While in a pinch we’ve successfully powered events using the hotspot of a mobile phone, we don’t recommend this. Instead, we recommend connecting using a non-public wi-fi network at the venue or better yet, be hardwired using ethernet. No matter the connection method, please be sure to test and know your speeds before placing an order.

Of course it all depends on the WOW package (size) you choose. Once we're on site, the Gallery Boxx can be set up and ready to go in 4 hours.

We’ve created our packages to be stress-free and hands-free for you.

While we do all of the work to install and uninstall before and after your event, we provide two team members – one eOBJX specialist and one LED technician – to operate the Gallery Boxx during your event to troubleshoot if something should happen to go wrong on our end. Please know we do everything in our power to dot i’s and cross t’s in advance to make sure your experience with us is top notch.

Yes, absolutely! We make your eOBJX service accessible early on the day of your event. The timer for the service doesn’t start ticking until the first “Play” is chosen and displayed on the screens.

We do not currently offer extensions. The playtime for our AI-powered software is set only once, at the beginning, as it shuts off on its own. Given a planned 4-hour play window, we’re able to keep our costs low – especially labor – which makes the Gallery Boxx more affordable to you.
